The Simple Text Scanner application is a useful tool for converting English text from images using its OCR (Optical Character Recognition) function.

Benefits of using The Simple Document (Cam) Scanner application include:

• Translation of English documents
• Business or work reports
• Homework assignments for students
• Conversion of images to text
• Copying text from English documents to be sent via email or SMS

To use the app, follow these steps:

1. Load an image from your gallery or take a picture using the camera.
2. Select the English text area of the image using the crop function.
3. Adjust the picture's horizontal alignment by tapping on it.
4. Tap the read icon to initiate text recognition.
5. Check the resulting text.
6. The recognized text can be used for translation, copy and paste, and sharing with other applications.

If your device does not have a translation application, we recommend setting up Google translation.
